Scouts create Bolster Bags by filling them with notes, cards, drawings, affirmations, small treats, or meaningful surprises. These bags can be hand-delivered or quietly dropped anonymously at a friend’s, classmate’s, or neighbor’s door, turning simple acts of kindness into powerful moments of connection.

This patch recognizes the thought, empathy, and effort behind showing up for others, whether the kindness is shared face-to-face or left as a surprise.
