Processing Time

  • In-stock patches ship within 1–3 business days.

  • Pre-order patches ship once they arrive at our studio. If your cart contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they will ship separately. Each shipment requires its own shipping charge at checkout.

Shipping Options
We offer five flat-rate shipping methods:

  • Economy Mail
    Perfect for small patch orders (1–5 patches). Ships in a flat envelope.
    ⚠️ No tracking or insurance. Lost mail cannot be replaced.

  • Standard Shipping (Tracked)
    For up to ~25 patches (under 4 oz). USPS First-Class Package with tracking.
    No insurance.

  • Standard Shipping (Tracked & Insured)
    For up to ~25 patches (under 4 oz). USPS First-Class Package with tracking.
    Includes $100 insurance.

  • Priority Mail
    Required for orders over 25 patches or 4 oz. USPS Priority Mail (1–3 days).
    Includes tracking + $100 USPS insurance.

  • Express Shipping
    USPS Priority Express (1–2 days).
    Includes tracking + $100 USPS insurance.

Responsibility for Delivery
We take care to pack and ship every order securely. After your package is accepted by USPS, it’s in their care for delivery. Because of this, we are not able to replace or refund orders that are lost, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged in transit.

To help avoid issues:

  • Double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • Choose a tracked or insured shipping method for extra peace of mind.

  • If you experience a delivery issue, your local post office is the best resource for assistance.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to help.
