There's regular mom-life burnout... and then there's creative burnout.
The we just finished one meeting and now I have to come up with ANOTHER ONE? kind.
Because even when you love being a leader, constantly coming up with fresh ideas takes a surprising amount of brainpower. What should we do? Will the kids actually like it? Have we already done something similar? What supplies do I need? Can I pull this together before Friday?
